Venification: Alcoholic fermentation in thermo regulated stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and gourmet, this organic white wine releases aromas of white‐fleshed fruit, green apple and pineapple. Both lively and unctuous at the start, the finish is slightly salty and pleasant.

Pairing ideas: As an aperitif, with seafood, spring leafy salads, fish with lemon.
