Smooth & intensely fruity gin, hand made in small batches using hand picked British damsons, grown in Herefordshire and Cumbria.
While not certified organic, this product comes from trusted partners who share our passion for exceptional quality and environmental stewardship.
The fruits are infused for 6 months prior to bottling, with hand distilled gin made with aromatic juniper, cardamom and coriander. Traditionally enjoyed neat after dinner, with cheese or a slice of fruitcake. Serve long with soda & a squeeze of lemon, or topped up with prosecco.
