Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and other offshore locations.

Can I specify a delivery date?
Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We offer a range of dates to choose from.

What happens if I’m not home for my delivery?
Our delivery partners will leave your order in a safe place. If a safe place is not available, they may leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Will I receive a confirmation of my delivery date?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This will contain your tracking information and confirmed delivery date.
