Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
We are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
Next Day Delivery
- Order by 12pm for Next Day Delivery.
- A signature is required for all orders.
- We cannot specify AM or PM deliveries.
- Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday.
Delivery Charges
- Orders under £60: £6.95
- Orders over £60: Free
How will I know when my order is arriving?
You will receive a ‘Your order is on its way’ email with tracking information. Please note, we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
What if I’m not in?
If you are not available to accept your delivery, our delivery driver will follow instructions from the recipient. This may include leaving the order in a safe place at the recipient’s risk (if deemed safe to do so by the driver), or with a neighbour. If neither of these options is possible, the driver will leave a card and return your order to the depot. You will then need to contact the courier directly to rearrange delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for any orders that go missing after being left in a safe place.
Something is missing from my order
If an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
Chilled & Frozen Products
To ensure the quality of our chilled and frozen products, we pack them in insulated packaging with ice blocks. We recommend being available to accept and unpack your delivery, but the packaging is designed to keep items cool for several hours. We cannot accept returns of chilled or frozen products due to food safety regulations.
Do you deliver on Bank Holidays?
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Delivery dates will be adjusted accordingly, which will be shown at the checkout.
Returns
We hope you love everything you order from us, but if you need to return an item, we are happy to offer a full refund for unwanted goods returned to us unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
We are unable to accept returns of chilled, frozen, or fresh products, or products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
How to return an item
- Please log into your account on our website and visit the ‘Orders’ section to start the returns process.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, unless they are faulty. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via your original payment method. This usually takes 3-5 working days from when we receive the returned items.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We are sorry if a product you have received is faulty or damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible.
